Holly Harridan is a Senior UX Researcher at Bloom Works Public Benefit LLC since July 2023, and has been freelancing as a UX Researcher and Writing Coach since 2018. Recent projects include consulting for The Beeck Center for Social Impact and conducting fieldwork with Think of US in California's foster care system. Holly also has experience as a Qualitative Researcher at the University of Washington, where contributions were made to developing a social media app for preventing peripartum depression, and served as a Senior UX Researcher at Delta Dental of Washington, conducting extensive user interviews. Past roles include advocacy positions at the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and educational roles at UC Santa Cruz and the Spanish Ministry of Education. Holly holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Bachelor's degree in Comparative History of Ideas from the University of Washington.
