Jackie Chang

Jackie Chang is a UX/UI Designer currently contributing to the modernization of the US government at Bloom Works Public Benefit LLC and mentoring fellow designers at Designlab. As the Senior Product & Design Strategist at Jackie Chang Designs, Jackie advises startup CEOs on product and design thinking and has implemented OKRs to define organizational goals. Jackie founded aerial elevata, an e-commerce brand, and has held roles as Senior UX Designer at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, UX Design Consultant for the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Vic), and Senior Product Designer at REA Group, where significant contributions included defining data-driven design strategies and driving revenue through impactful projects. Educational background includes degrees from Parsons School of Design, General Assembly, Rutgers University, University of Melbourne, and the Fashion Institute of Technology. Additional experience includes roles as Guest Experience Manager at Design Outlook and contestant on NBC's Frogger.
