Liz Kadernauth

Elizabeth Kadernauth currently serves as the Director of Operations at Bloom Works Public Benefit LLC, beginning in November 2023. Prior experience includes a decade at the Mayor's Office for Economic Opportunity, where Elizabeth held the position of Director of Administration and Finance from July 2014 to October 2023, focusing on poverty reduction and equity through research and innovative policy development. Earlier roles include Medical Economics Analyst at Fidelis Care and Senior Budget Analyst for Medicaid at the NYC Mayor's Office of Management and Budget. Additional experience encompasses administrative analysis at Perkins School for the Blind and program evaluation internships with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the Office of the Mayor in New York City. Elizabeth Kadernauth holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Science and Economics from the University at Buffalo.
