Jill Oleson is an experienced professional with a strong background in support readiness, client services, and technical documentation. Currently serving as the Support Readiness Manager at Bloomberg Industry Group since April 2015, Jill leads the alignment of support teams with product, customer experience, and engineering teams, while developing comprehensive support knowledge bases. Previously, as Director of Client Services for Bloomberg Law Convergence, Jill acted as the primary business strategist and user experience escalation owner. Jill's earlier roles include Director of Information Development and Customer Support at Bloomberg BNA and various technical writing positions across multiple companies, showcasing expertise in user documentation, product design influence, and customer liaison. Jill holds a BA in Art History with a business minor from Trinity University and has further education from The University of Texas at Austin.
