Sangita Clarke

Sangita Clarke serves as the Global Head of Diversity Talent Management at Bloomberg LP since March 2019. Previously, Sangita held the position of Director and Global Head of Talent, Leadership, and Management at Deutsche Bank from September 2001 to October 2018, where responsibilities included stakeholder engagement with management boards and the design and implementation of leadership programmes. Additional roles at Deutsche Bank involved serving as a Senior Development Consultant and Global Head of Development, focusing on succession planning and close collaboration with client groups. Earlier career experience includes working as a Consultant and Occupational Psychologist at CEB, now Gartner, and as a Junior Consultant at Moloney and Gealy. Sangita holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a BSc in Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University.
