Vishaal Shah-Chittur

Vishaal Shah-Chittur has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Vishaal is currently employed at Bloom Credit as an Engineer II since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Bloom Credit from September 2021 to July 2022. Before joining Bloom Credit, Vishaal worked as a Backend Developer at Muse from November 2020 to July 2021. Vishaal also has experience as a Backend Engineering Intern at Verkada from September 2019 to August 2020. Vishaal's earlier roles include Full Stack Developer at Localcoin from January 2019 to April 2019, Software Development Intern at All Blue Solutions Inc. from May 2018 to August 2018, Application Developer at Kenna from September 2016 to December 2017, and IT Analyst at TD from January 2016 to April 2016. Vishaal started their career as a Lifeguard at the City of Mississauga from September 2014 to June 2015 and also worked as a Sponsorship Marketing Manager at Impact Tomorrow from November 2013 to June 2015.

Vishaal Shah-Chittur's education history begins in 2011 when they enrolled at Glenforest Secondary School. Vishaal pursued an International Baccalaureate Diploma program and completed it in 2015. Afterward, they went on to attend the University of Waterloo from 2015 to 2021. During their time at the university, Vishaal studied Systems Design Engineering and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Vishaal has obtained certifications in various fields. In 2013, they received First Aid and CPR B, C certifications from the Canadian Red Cross. The following year, in 2014, Vishaal obtained their National Lifeguard certification from the Lifesaving Society Canada.
