Keith McDonald

Keith McDonald currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator at Bloomfield Hills Schools since February 2021. Prior to this role, McDonald was the Director of Human Resources at Livonia Public Schools from July 2007 to February 2021, managing HR functions for a district with approximately 14,000 students and nearly 2,000 employees, and gaining expertise in labor relations, employee benefits, and strategic planning. McDonald also held positions as a Principal and Assistant Principal within Livonia Public Schools, with a total of seven years as an assistant principal and three years as a high school principal. Additionally, McDonald began a career in education as a teacher, instructing courses in science, physical education, and character development. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Michigan, an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Wayne State University, and a Master’s degree in Teaching from Marygrove College.
