Samantha Gilbert

Samantha Gilbert, Ed.M, is a dedicated Special Education Teacher at Bloomfield Public Schools in New Jersey, specializing in Emotional Regulation Impairment (ERI) for middle school students. Previously, Samantha served as a Learning Specialist at KIPP New Jersey, working across multiple grade levels and disabilities, and played a vital role as an AmeriCorps member and a Special Education Teacher with Teach For America. Samantha has extensive experience in research and instructional design, notably with CAST, where innovative assessments were developed for science education. With a Master of Education from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s in Music Education from Temple University, Samantha has a strong foundation in interdisciplinary practices, advocacy for inclusive education, and music education.
