Bryan Alcalá

Bryan Alcalá is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Sales Manager for Men’s at Bloomingdale's since October 2021. Previously, Bryan held various leadership roles at Bloomingdale's, including positions as Health & Safety and Guest Experience Leader and Sales Manager for multiple departments. Bryan's career began at Saks Fifth Avenue, where significant contributions were made as Department Manager and Human Resources Manager of Service, Selling, and Training. Additional experience includes a decade at Neiman Marcus, where Bryan excelled as Sales Manager for Men's Clothing, and earlier roles at SULKA and Disneyland Resort, showcasing a strong foundation in team development and customer service. Bryan holds a degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
