Catherine Daravi

Catherine Daravi, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations. Catherine most recently worked at Bloomingdale's as the Director of Employee Relations, where they led investigations into employee concerns and worked with the legal team to resolve complex issues. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Barneys New York, overseeing all HR functions and managing a team of HR managers. Catherine also held positions at Pars Equality Center as the People Operations & HR Manager and at SEPHORA as the Human Resource Manager, where they developed talent acquisition strategies and led a team of HR advisors. Additionally, Catherine worked at L'Oreal Paris as the Education Manager, focusing on promoting company values and providing guidance to leaders on various HR issues. Overall, they have a strong background in HR, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Catherine Daravi, MBA received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Redlands School of Business & Society in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from UCLA in 2008. Catherine also holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Santa Monica College, which they completed in 2005.
