John Lamp

John Lamp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in behavioral health and human resources. Currently serving as a Behavior Clinician at Lamp Behavior Consultants since September 2020 and as an Assessment Counselor at Bloomington Meadows Hospital since September 2017, John has also contributed to the United States Air Force in various capacities, including MSW intern and Human Resources Manager (First Sergeant), overseeing the management of HR guidance for over 1,000 personnel and monitoring programs focused on personnel well-being. Educationally, John holds a Master of Social Work from Walden University and multiple associate degrees in Human Resources Management and Aviation Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, alongside completing several leadership academies specific to the Air Force.
