Aya Elawdan's work experience began in 2016 as a Community Volunteer for CAT Reloaded, where they contributed to creating an IT community for computer engineering/science students. In 2018, they worked as a Cloud/Linux Systems Engineer at Cloud Niners, focusing on enhancing, configuring, and maintaining Linux operating systems and infrastructure on Microsoft Azure cloud. Aya then joined Orange Business Services in 2019 as a Cloud Operations Engineer, where they implemented and tested new PAAS services for the Flexible Engine project. In 2020, they became a DevOps Engineer at Worldline Global, where they provisioned various AWS services and maintained DevOps tools and technologies. Currently, since 2022, Aya is employed as a Site Reliability Engineer at Bloomreach, responsible for building innovative tools, infrastructure, and automation for operational excellence.
Aya Elawdan completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences with a specialization in the CS Department at FCIS Mansoura University from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including:
