Strategic Account Director at Bloomreach

Courtney Rogers has a diverse work experience in the field of account management, digital advertising, and social media consulting. Courtney began their career as a Finance Intern at Takata in 2013. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Account, Project Management, and Social Media Intern at gyro, where they gained experience in project management, account management, and social media content production. In 2017, Courtney joined POSSIBLE as a Social Media Consultant Trainee and later progressed to roles such as Junior Social Media Consultant and Account Manager. During their time at POSSIBLE, they worked on various projects, including the revamp of FCA EMEA's digital activities and the implementation of workflow processes for the FCA German Hub social media team. In 2020, Courtney joined Wunderman Thompson as an Account Manager & New Business Manager, where they managed digital advertising accounts for four brands in both B2B and B2C arenas. Currently, they are employed at Bloomreach as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and currently holds the position of Enterprise Account Director.

Courtney Rogers completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Michigan, where they attended from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including the Value Selling Framework from ValueSelling Associates, Inc. in September 2021, the Commercial Certificate from IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) in April 2020, the Google Analytics Certification from Google in May 2019, the Google Digital Garage Certification from Google in September 2018, the Intercultural Leadership Seminar from the University of Michigan in May 2014, and the Exponea Academy Fundamentals Course from Exponea (acquired by Bloomreach) in May 2021.
