Ján Krčmář

Ján Krčmář has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and machine learning. In 2019, they started working at Pricewise as a Machine Learning Researcher and Python Developer. Their responsibilities included tasks like next purchase prediction, churn prediction, product recommendation, customer segmentation, and large data analysis. Ján also worked as a Fullstack Developer, where they developed a Customer Relationship Management web application and pricing engine using Django, React, and JavaScript.

In 2021, Ján joined CEITEC - Central European Institute of Technology for a Master Thesis Project, which lasted until 2022.

Additionally, they have experience as a Frontend Web Developer at ithe design from September 2019 to December 2020.

Recently, in 2022, they joined Bloomreach as a Software Engineer, where they are currently working.

Ján Krčmář completed their Master's degree in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from Masaryk University Brno, from the year 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Faculty of Informatics and Information Technologies, Slovak University of Technology, during the years 2017 to 2020. Additionally, Ján Krčmář has also acquired additional certifications, including "Structuring Machine Learning Projects" from Coursera in November 2022, and "Engagement Foundations Course" from Bloomreach in September 2022.
