Sara Howard has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Sara has held various roles in marketing and management positions across different companies.
Starting in 2009, Sara worked as a Sales & Catering Coordinator at Destination Hotels and Resorts, Hotel ICON. In this role, they organized the office, handled inquiries, and created marketing materials. Sara consistently exceeded their goals in booking wedding courtesy blocks.
In 2011, Sara joined House of Blues as a Marketing Assistant. Sara provided support to the Marketing Director and General Manager, managing online marketing campaigns and maintaining client and vendor relationships. Sara also handled administrative tasks and scheduling.
In 2013, Sara became the Director of Marketing at EarthIntegrate Inc. Sara was responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, building a strong marketing team, and fostering collaboration between sales and marketing.
From 2015 to 2016, Sara worked as the Director of Marketing at Pageflex. During this time, they oversaw marketing efforts, contributing to brand awareness and reputation building.
In 2016, Sara took on the role of Marketing Technology Project Manager at SnapStream, where they managed marketing technology projects.
From 2017 to 2021, Sara held multiple roles at Basware. Sara started as a Senior Campaign Manager, driving key campaigns and managing cross-team collaboration. Sara then became the Manager of SEO & Paid Media, focusing on all aspects of SEO strategy and implementation. Sara later served as the Director of Inbound Marketing, optimizing the inbound marketing strategy and partnering with various teams. Their last role at Basware was the Senior Manager of Brand Experience, where they led brand strategy and developed global thought leadership programs.
In 2020, Sara joined IDmission as the Vice President of Marketing. Sara led marketing efforts, developed and executed strategies, and analyzed market trends to adjust courses of action.
Currently, Sara is the Senior Director of Relationship Marketing at Bloomreach. Their responsibilities include building brand advocates, creating targeted campaigns, organizing events, and expanding customer and partner knowledge.

Sara Howard completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology and History from the University of Houston in 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Slack Basics from Slack in November 2022, Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy in July 2020, and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy in July 2020. These additional certifications indicate their commitment to professional development and acquiring additional skills in the field.
