Wojciech Mroczek

Wojciech Mroczek has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Wojciech started their career in 2018 as a Junior IT Project Manager at DINAPE Solutions GmbH, where they managed medium-sized IT projects, created project plans, gathered requirements, and conducted kick-off and demo presentations. In 2020, they transitioned to NOVOMATIC as an IT Project Manager, focusing on project management in the IT department until 2021. Following this, they joined Adverity in 2021 as a Product Manager, overseeing product development until 2022. Currently, Wojciech holds the position of Senior Product Manager at Bloomreach, starting in November 2022.

Wojciech Mroczek completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki. Wojciech attended this institution from 2013 to 2018. In 2017, Wojciech participated in an exchange program at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).

In addition to their formal education, Wojciech has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they achieved the IPMA Level D®, zJPM (Certified Project Management Associate) certification from pma - Projekt Management Austria. Later in 2021, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. Most recently, in 2023, they completed the Engagement Analytics Course from Bloomreach and became a member of Reforge.
