Stephanie Andrews has worked in the customer service industry for over eight years. Stephanie began their career in 2011 at Geisinger Health Plan as a Customer Service Representative II. In 2017, they moved to CSS Industries, Inc. where they worked as a Customer Service Representative. In 2019, they joined Bloomsburg Carpet Industries, Inc. as a Claims Customer Service Representative. In this role, they have provided website back end user support, administrative assistant duties, website email blasts for new product launches, inventory adjustments when needed, and processed claims, answered phones, and filled in order entry and shipping management.
