Aamna Pasha

Aamna Pasha serves as the Chief Academic Officer at Zindagi Trust since July 2022, overseeing academic operations in large government schools under public-private partnerships while advocating for educational reform. Pasha also holds the position of Co-Editor for an Encyclopedia on Global Education and Learning at Bloomsbury Publishing since December 2021, and has been a PhD candidate at UCL Institute of Education focusing on Global Education research from January 2018 to March 2022. Previous roles include National Coordinator for Schools2030 at Aga Khan Foundation, Vice-Rector Academics at Durbeen, and curriculum consulting at Atlas Education. Aamna Pasha has extensive experience in teacher development, having served as Associate Director and Assistant Director at Aga Khan University Examination Board and Aga Khan University, respectively. Education credentials include a PhD in Global Education from UCL, an MA in Development Education from IOE - UCL, an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology from McGill University, and a BA in Psychology and Business Management from the University of Waterloo.
