Amanda Barnfield née Shipp has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and publicity in the publishing industry. Amanda started their career as a Marketing Executive at Hodder & Stoughton in 2003. In 2005, they joined Simon & Schuster UK as a Marketing Manager. At Bloomsbury Publishing Plc, Amanda held several positions, including Head of Adult & Specialist Marketing, Associate Marketing Director - Adult Trade, and Senior Head of Adult Marketing and Publicity. Amanda'sresponsibilities at Bloomsbury included leading marketing and publicity teams, developing consumer-focused strategies, and managing brand authors such as Sarah J. Maas.
