Colm Peter McGrath

Colm Peter McGrath serves as the Academic Fellow of the Middle Temple since October 2022 and holds a position as a Senior Lecturer in Tort Law at King's College London since January 2018, where McGrath also previously served as a Lecturer. With extensive editorial experience, McGrath is the Book Review Editor for the Journal of European Tort Law and Joint General Editor of the Journal of Professional Negligence, collaborating with Isabel Barter. Previous roles include the WYNG Research Fellowship in Medical Law and Ethics at Trinity Hall, and a Lecturer position at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, accompanied by research roles at the Austrian Academy of Sciences. Colm Peter McGrath completed both a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Arts in Law at the University of Cambridge.
