Grace Barnes

Grace Barnes is a Design Assistant at Bloomsbury Publishing Plc since January 2023, following a diverse background in creative roles. Previously, Grace served as a Sculptor for We Out Here Festival, where the focus was on sculpture design and workshop facilitation. A stint as a Print Production Specialist at DIZZY INK LIMITED involved handling risograph printing, digital formatting, and book binding. Additionally, Grace contributed as a Studio Assistant at The Carousel, co-curating an exhibition and managing various artistic tasks. Freelance work as an Illustrator for First Art included creating lanterns for community distribution. As a Creative Ambassador for Daisie, Grace engaged in promoting the creative network through workshops and talks. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor's degree in Illustration Animation from Kingston University and a Foundation Diploma in Art, Design & Media Practice from Kingston School of Art.
