Marc Stigter

Marc Stigter PhD is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academia and publishing. Currently, Marc serves as the Founder of Value Impact Lab and holds the position of Honorary Senior Fellow at The University of Melbourne. As an accomplished author, Marc has collaborated with Sir Cary Cooper on multiple books, including "Making Culture Work," set for publication in 2023, and "Board That Dare," published in 2018. Additional publications include "Solving the Strategy Delusion," released in 2015 through Palgrave Macmillan. Marc's career includes leadership roles at Shell and Lloyds TSB, and academic contributions as Associate Director at Melbourne Business School and Founder of the Critical Management Group. Educational qualifications include a PhD from Lancaster University and multiple degrees in management and business.
