Gabriel Montes has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gabriel began their career in 2007 as a Business Consulting Manager at Neoris, where they managed projects in the Ryder Warranty System Replacement and McDonald's Store Human Resource Management System. In 2010, they joined Politec Argentina as a Software Development Manager, focusing on providing development services. Gabriel then moved to ABC Consulting in 2010 as an Operation Manager, responsible for managing a team of developers.

In 2012, Gabriel became the CTO and Lead Developer at I am at, where they led the development team in creating an interactive real-time second-screen platform. Gabriel also served as a Lead Developer and Founder at Utoctadel, leading complex software development projects and providing consulting and project management services.

Gabriel's expertise in JavaScript and mobile technologies led him to become a JavaScript and Mobile Technologies Trainer at Coderhouse in 2015, where they trained individuals and organizations on various technologies. Gabriel then joined Digital House - Coding School as a JavaScript Specialist, providing training classes and assisting in material creation.

In 2016, Gabriel joined Bloq, Inc. as the VP of Engineering, and in 2017, they joined Metronome Token as the Lead JavaScript Developer. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Software Engineer at Vesper, starting from 2020.

Throughout their career, Gabriel has demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen, making significant contributions to each organization they have worked with.

Gabriel Montes has a strong educational background in the field of computer science and engineering. Gabriel first earned a degree in Computer and Information Technologies from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Following this, Gabriel pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering and Knowledge Engineering from the same institution, which they completed between 2004 and 2006.

Gabriel Montes has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 1997, they achieved the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) certification from the Instituto Cultural Argentino Norteamericano (ICANA). Additionally, Gabriel became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) in November 2010, acquiring the certification from the Scrum Alliance. Gabriel also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2007. Lastly, Gabriel achieved the Sun Certified Java 2 Programmer (SCJP) certification from Sun Microsystems in April 2003.
