Michael Grippi McQuaid

Michael Grippi McQuaid has a diverse work experience spanning from 1997 to 2022. From 1997 to 2000, they were the owner of Web Perfections, a web design and web hosting business. From 2000 to 2003, they were the owner of Dark Age Digital, where they standardized cross-promotions techniques company-wide to increase sales opportunities. From 2003 to 2005, they were an Executive Placement Consultant at Venture Services Group, where they developed and integrated innovative strategies to generate leads for potential executive placements. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Network Administrator at McQuaid Bedford & Van Zandt LLP, where they devised and implemented an effective document management system. From 2008 to 2017, they were a Network Administrator at CCOF, where they implemented, maintained and oversaw all aspects of the information technology systems and solutions. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Director of Technology at Marin Court Appointed Special Advocates, where they managed the process of establishing the scope of projects. From 2021 to 2022, they were a Marketing & Growth member at Vesper Finance, where they worked with Vesper from early beta through main platform launch. Finally, from 2022 to present, they are a Growth Manager at Bloq, where they are an Engineering Product Manager for Bloq's DeFi division, specifically working on Vesper. Finance and Metronome.io, as well as providing operations assistance with the business development team, marketing, and community.

Michael Grippi McQuaid attended Cabrillo College from 2002 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Communications. Michael then attended the University of California, Davis from 2009 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor Degree in Communications.
