Mackenzie Barber Williams has a diverse work experience. Mackenzie currently holds the position of VP of Clinical Operations at Blossom Children's Center since May 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Lead Speech Language Pathologist at the same company from August 2019 to May 2022.

Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist and Spanish from Western Michigan University between 2013 and 2017. Their secondary education was completed at Rochester Adams High School, where they received their High School Diploma from 2009 to 2013.
