Oskar Fletcher

Oskar Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Oskar currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Blossom Genetics Corporation since January 2020. Prior to this, Oskar worked as a Partner at All Blue Capital, a global investment firm, where they managed various alternative asset classes. Oskar also served as a Member and Investor at the UK Business Angels Association from July 2018 onwards.

Before their role at All Blue Capital, Oskar worked as a Special Situations professional at Duet Group, a privately owned asset manager. Oskar provided alternative asset management, fund management, and real estate and infrastructure investment management services. In addition, Oskar served as an Advisor Special Situations at ED&F Man Capital Markets between 2016 and 2017.
