Amber Tower

Amber Tower has extensive experience in accounts receivable and customer service, currently serving as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, Personal Care Assistant, and Office Coordinator at Blossom: Modern Home Care Solutions of WNY since March 2015. Previously, Amber worked as a Cleaner for Warren's Commercial Cleaning, Inc. from October 2018 to September 2019, providing cleaning services for large companies in the Batavia area. Additionally, Amber spent over 13 years at JPMorgan Chase, where roles included Customer Service and Loss Mitigation Specialist, focusing on customer needs for home retention or sale, retail banking services, and banking fraud investigation. Amber holds a diploma from Albion Central School, graduated in 1997.
