Susan Butler, PTA, CDP, BS, is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently employed at Blossom Ridge Home Health and Hospice since April 2021, and at Freedom Home Health and Hospice Care Services Inc. since October 2016, Susan is recognized as a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Previous roles include serving as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Rideout Health, Remedy Rehab, Inc., and Sutter Health, among others. In addition to clinical practice, Susan was a Franchise Owner and Fitness Instructor at Baby Boot Camp. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapy from the Community College of the Air Force.
