Chris Wilkes, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CHHR, has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Vice President of Support Services and Chief Human Resources Officer at Blount Memorial Hospital since October 2001. Over the years, Chris has held various roles within the hospital, including Executive Director of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, and Training & Development Manager. Prior to joining Blount Memorial Hospital, Chris worked as a Staffing Manager at Randstad USA from April 1999 to September 2001 and held multiple leadership positions, including Director, General Manager, and District Manager at Sports & Recreation, Inc. from May 1989 to April 1999. Chris holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from East Tennessee State University.
