Yoav Shpiller has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Yoav began their career in 2005 as an Intelligence Officer in the IDF - Israel Defence Forces, where they served as Major until 2009. Following their military service, they worked as a Research Assistant at Tel Aviv University in 2012, and then as a Teaching Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2013 to 2014.
