Adriel Osorio has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Adriel started their career as a Sales Supervisor at Best Buy, where they gradually climbed the ranks to become a Sales Supervisor. During this time, they managed a successful department and led a "View Point Committee" that focused on employee engagement.

After working at Best Buy, Adriel moved on to Sprint/Nextel, where they served as a Senior Assistant Manager. Their responsibilities included assessing customer needs, promoting suitable products and service plans, and demonstrating technical features to enhance customer understanding.

Adriel then transitioned to CDW as a Small Business Account Manager. In this role, they worked with corporate-level sales, building zero spend accounts into high-spend accounts, and selling a variety of IT technology while collaborating with vendors like Microsoft, Cisco, IBM, and Adobe.

Following their time at CDW, Adriel joined T-Mobile as a Retail Sales Associate. Adriel focused on finding the best plans for customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.

At Verizon Wireless, Adriel worked as a Business Account Manager, surpassing quotas, developing small business accounts, and being the main point of contact for clients. Adriel faced the challenge of merging tablet sales as a new incentive.

Adriel then joined The Tile Shop, starting as a Sales Representative and receiving a promotion to Assistant Manager. Adriel opened a brand new store in a new market, coaching and training new hires.

Afterwards, Adriel worked at TELUS Communications as a Tier 1 Tech Support representative for Google Project Fi. Their responsibilities included providing tech support through multiple channels and ensuring high quality and customer survey scores.

Most recently, Adriel worked at Enjoy Technology, Inc. as a Sales Manager, overseeing sales operations.

Currently, Adriel is employed at Blu Commercial Cleaning as an Operations Director. Adriel manages a team of cleaning staff, implements operational policies and procedures, and ensures customer satisfaction through feedback and issue resolution.
