Emily Charczuk

Emily Charczuk began their work experience in 2012 as a Business Analyst at FRHI Hotels & Resorts, where they later became a Manager of Talent Development. In 2017, they joined Kempinski Hotels as a Project Director in Employer Branding & Talent. Then, in 2018, they worked as an Employer Brand Strategist at exaqueo. Currently, Emily is a Senior Director of Employer Brand & Culture at Blu Ivy, a position they have held since July 2022.

Emily Charczuk attended York University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Honours. Emily then attended Carleton University from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management. Emily also holds the CHRP certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification are not provided.
