Tai Neumin

Tai Neumin is an experienced professional in employer branding and culture strategies, currently serving as an Employer Brand & Culture Specialist at Blu Ivy since October 2022. Responsibilities include crafting employee value propositions, conducting research, developing content, and providing client support in employer branding. Previously, Tai held roles as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Tonal, and as Office Manager and Student Life Coordinator at Mentora College of Business & Technology and Macaulay Child Development Centre, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and further studies at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
