David has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality sector with 12 of those in Business & Industry. His career has taken him from hotels, restaurants and retail to B&I and he says the aspects of contract catering he enjoys the most is meeting new people, having the freedom to introduce new ideas and the fact that every client’s requirements are different.
David’s (quite predictably) a real foodie and also loves his wine (and learning more about it). He loves to eat out and his favourite place to do that is ‘’anywhere in Soho’’ as he says there’s every type of restaurant you could possibly want and the atmosphere, particularly on a summer’s evening, is incredible.
At home, his wife and two teenage daughters keep him on his toes and on the rare occasion he has a day to himself he’ll be found on a golf course somewhere in Kent.
