Mansur Blackman

Mansur Blackman is a Senior Product Engineer at Blue Arc EV Solutions since September 2021, previously serving as a Driver Assistance Technologies Systems Engineer and Product Development Engineer at Ford Motor Company from June 2012 to September 2021. Mansur's experience at Ford included leading the electrical system support for the 2016 Lincoln MKX program and the development of critical electrical system processes. Additionally, Mansur coordinated performance testing of automotive batteries and designed tests to address manufacturing issues in diesel starter motors. Earlier experience includes internships at Alcoa, where skills in programmable logic controllers were developed, and Ingersoll Rand, where assistance was provided in testing electronic locks. Mansur holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
