Shailesh Joshi

Shailesh Joshi is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently working at Blue Arc™ EV since September 2023. Previously, Shailesh held leadership roles at Marelli from April 2019 to September 2023, including EE Hardware Team-Leader, where responsibilities included managing automotive exterior lighting electronics hardware design and product development for Electronic Control Modules. Shailesh has also contributed as an EE Validation Engineer at A123 Systems, focusing on Lithium-ion Battery Modules and Management Systems for high voltage applications. Earlier experience includes project leadership roles at Marelli's Automotive Lighting division, where Shailesh coordinated various electronic components and modules, and engineering validation roles at Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc. Following a freelancing stint with Pugmarks Eco Tours, Shailesh earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and Bachelor's degrees from Savitribai Phule Pune University and All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society's College of Engineering.
