Tomasz Salamon

Tomasz Salamon is a highly experienced engineer specializing in control systems, currently serving as Principal Engineer at Blue Arc™ EV since August 2023. Prior roles include Principal System Control Engineer at Noble Thermodynamic Systems, where development focused on zero emissions portable energy generation systems, and a long tenure at Ricardo Inc., progressing through positions such as Engineering Operations Manager, Chief Engineer, and Principal Engineer, leading teams in the development of advanced engine control systems. Previous experience also includes work as an Application Engineer at Comarch and as a Control System Engineer at The Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology. Tomasz holds a PhD in Control Engineering and an MSc in Robotics and Automation from AGH University of Krakow.
