Oren Hon

Oren Hon is an accomplished finance and real estate professional with extensive experience in managing and leading investment firms. As the Managing Partner at Blue Arch Capital since June 2013, Oren specializes in deal sourcing, transaction structuring, and capital raising. Previously, Oren served as Chief Executive Officer of Elad National Properties, overseeing a multifamily residential platform with over 10,000 units across eight states. Oren's background includes founding and directing the Neve Hon Group, which focuses on opportunistic real estate investments, and Pegasus Ventures, dedicated to early-to-medium stage enterprises. Prior roles include serving as VP of M&A at Gazit Globe, President and CEO of ELO Media, and as an analyst in investment banking at Merrill Lynch. Oren holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Finance and Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business.
