Divya Dilbaghi has worked in various roles in the digital marketing and business development field since 2010. In 2010, they worked as an Application Executive at ADROITEC INFORMATION SYSTEMS (P) LIMITED, where their work profile included cold calling and marketing of civil engineering softwares. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at The Digital Divya, where they were responsible for formulating and implementing digital strategies for various businesses, as well as developing content and creative ideas. In 2016, they also began working as a Digital Marketing Manager at Nikulsan, where they had hands-on experience of handling online marketing for prestigious brands in the real estate and lifestyle sector. Divya also guided a team of four people for client servicing and reporting the same to the directors of the company. In 2020, they began working as a Digital Marketing and Business Development Manager at Blue Arcus Technologies Inc., where they created a plan for the company's marketing needs, was responsible for event planning, and coordinated with marketing consultants/experts to improve marketing results. In 2020, they also began working as a Business Relationship Manager at M4TV.

Divya Dilbaghi completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing from New Delhi Institute Of Management in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their degree in Electronics and Communication from Manav Rachna Educational Institutions in 2009.
