Andy Hart

Andy Hart has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Andy started their career in 1999 at Blue Arrow as a Regional Sales Manager, where they were responsible for branch sales and winning new business. Andy then joined Meridian Business Support in 2003 as a National Sales Manager, specializing in the food industry and securing major accounts. In 2007, Andy became a Business Director at HR GO Recruitment, where they managed joint venture partners and achieved sustained growth. Andy returned to Blue Arrow in 2012 as an Operations Director, and later progressed to roles such as Director of Client Solutions and National Accounts, Managing Director of Network, and finally, as the current Managing Director. In their current position, they focus on developing business strategies, leading operations, and fostering employee engagement.
