Nishi Moonka

Nishi Moonka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and social justice consulting. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Head of Purpose and Culture at Blue Beyond Consulting since February 2020, Nishi previously held the position of Vice President of Programs at Confluence Philanthropy, where responsibilities included guiding program teams and enhancing client engagement systems. As Managing Director of Resource Development Associates, Inc., from 2003 to 2018, Nishi managed significant operational growth, increasing revenue and staff substantially. Early career roles included founding Nishi Moonka Inc., serving as Executive Director of various youth engagement initiatives, and consulting for Accenture. Nishi holds an Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a double major BA from the University of California, Berkeley in Molecular Cell Biology and Psychology.
