Steve Pellegrom has over 20 years of work experience in various sales and leadership roles. Steve started their career at Boise in 1995, where they worked in sales for four years. Steve then joined OfficeMax in 1995, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Business Development, District Sales Manager, and Business Development Executive. During their time at OfficeMax, they focused on driving B2B sales growth, prospecting and closing deals with Fortune 1000 companies, and building and managing sales teams. In 2012, Steve joined ManpowerGroup as a Sales Executive, where they specialized in delivering innovative staffing solutions and customizing programs for clients. In 2014, they joined Blue Chip Talent and served as a Senior Sales Executive before becoming the Director of Professional Office Talent. Steve's experience includes expertise in consultative sales, relationship building with executive-level clients, and driving profitable growth for organizations.
Steve Pellegrom completed their education in a chronological order. Steve first attended L'Anse Creuse North from 1985 to 1989 and obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Accelerated Courses. After that, they enrolled at Macomb Community College from 1989 to 1993, where they earned an Associate of Business Management degree specializing in Management & Marketing. Lastly, from 1993 to 1994, Steve attended Oakland University, where they studied Business Administration, although they did not obtain a specific degree.
