Amanda Brown

Amanda Brown, CPA, currently serves as the Controller at Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers since April 2023. Prior to this role, Amanda was the Senior Director of Finance at Surgery Partners, Inc. from December 2016 to April 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing financial reporting and SOX compliance for multiple surgery centers, enhancing budgeting processes, and transitioning accounting functions to offshore resources. Amanda also held the position of AVP, Financial Operations at Surgery Partners, managing financial reporting for surgery centers and participating in process improvement initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Controller and Sr. Accountant at Meridian Surgical Partners, as well as roles at KPMG US, where Amanda developed and oversaw audit procedures. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
