Charlotte Farr

Charlotte Farr currently serves as Chief of Staff at Blue Cloud Ventures, a growth stage venture capital fund focused on B2B SaaS, open source, and infrastructure software. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Chief of Staff at White Swan Data, where support was provided for rapid growth and the establishment of key business functions. At Colossus Bets, Charlotte was instrumental as Head of Human Resources and also led business development efforts, contributing significantly to new product launches and expansion into regulated markets. Additional experience includes roles such as Private Personal Assistant, Event Manager, and various positions in marketing and sales, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Events Management from the University of Greenwich.
