Slobodanka Shatranova

Slobodanka Shatranova is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Global Recruiter at BlueCloud since October 2024, Slobodanka previously held the position of Global Head of Recruitment at CMC Consulting HR and Recruitment Services. Prior to that, Slobodanka worked as a Recruitment Manager and Lead Recruiter at Jobrack and contributed to the HR operations at InPlayer as a Talent and HR Operations Officer. Slobodanka's recruitment expertise also includes a role as Office Manager at Endava and a dual role as Recruiter and English Teacher at H.I. Intellect. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from "St. Cyril and Methodius University" and an MBA from University American College Skopje, expected to be completed in November 2024.
