Ben Sizeland

Ben Sizeland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and asset management. Currently serving as Director at Blue Coast Capital Ltd and as Acquisitions & Asset Manager for UK & European Investments / Lewis Trust Group since September 2016, Sizeland specializes in the acquisition of shopping centre and retail/leisure property assets across the UK and Central and Eastern Europe. Previous roles include Investment Associate at Balmain Asset Management and Senior Consultant at Turley Associates, where engagement included national retail assessments and GIS applications. Sizeland holds a Master of Philosophy in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, a Graduate Diploma in Economics from Birkbeck, University of London, and an MSc with Distinction in Town Planning, alongside a BA (Hons) in Geography and Planning from Newcastle University.
