Melinda Hepfner

Melinda Hepfner is an experienced payroll and human resources professional with a strong background in multi-state payroll processing and administration. Currently serving as a Payroll Accountant at Blue Compass RV since April 2021, Melinda manages end-to-end payroll for over 500 employees. Previously, at Family RV Group from 2018 to March 2021, Melinda held the title of Payroll and Benefit Specialist, overseeing payroll and benefits for approximately 300-350 employees across multiple dealerships. Melinda also brings valuable experience from a long tenure at the Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Cincinnati & Northern KY, where responsibilities included general HR administration for over 200 employees. Earlier in career, Melinda worked as a Scheduling Manager at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, coordinating schedules for approximately 150 employees and interns across various regional offices.
