Erika Madison

Erika Madison has extensive experience in the healthcare and banking sectors, having worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama in various roles since 2007, currently serving as Corporate Indexing Manager. Prior to this position, Erika held the title of Sr IT Procurement Vendor Management Agent and began as an IT Procurement Clerk. Before joining Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Erika was an E-Commerce Team Leader and ECommerce Analyst at SouthTrust Bank. Erika obtained a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2010 and 2012, as well as an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Herzing University from 1995 to 1997.
