Les Olinger

Les Olinger is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in application development and system analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Application Developer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama since December 2013, Les previously held the position of Senior System Analyst at Motion Industries from June 2012 to December 2013. Prior to that, Les was the Implementation Manager at SunGard, overseeing Omni ASP implementations. Les's career began at Bellsouth, where various roles included Analyst and Staff Analyst from September 1987 to August 1998. Between 1998 and 2003, Les worked at Accenture as a Development Architect/Manager, leading technical teams across multiple projects. Les holds a degree from Auburn University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
