Tim Smith

Tim Smith has over 22 years of experience in technology support and administration, currently serving as the Unit Manager of Technology Support at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama since August 2001. Expertise includes Citrix XenAPP and XenDesktop, Microsoft Hyper-V and System Center administration, VMWare, server virtualization, and data center migration. Prior to this role, Tim worked as a System Administrator at Sterne Agee from January 1999 to August 2001, providing desktop support, setting up servers and workstations, and assisting with Exchange Server administration.
